Ourania P. Vrondou
Ourania P. Vrondou, PhD, is an Assοciate Professor in the Department of Sport Management at the University of Peloponnese, Greece. She is a PhD and an MSc Sport Management graduate from Lougborough University, England and her research interests are on sport tourism and Olympic Games management.
She presents a major experience being the boxing competition and venue manager for the Athens 2004 Olympic Games and a Technical Delegate for the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games.
Her experience includes her appointment as the Marketing Associate for the Olympic Boxing Association (AIBA) as well as numerous international sport development projects. Her work has been published in several international academic journals.
